Oséa Around the World

A few days ago, we had the chance to land on an island in the Bahamas called Big Major Cay, also known as "Pig Island". We loved the experience so much, we decided to share our images with you!

These friendly sea-pigs seem to love their life by the water although they are not native to the island. It is believed that a few pigs were once abandoned on the island by sailors who dropped them off thinking they would come back to eat them later.

There are now over 20 pigs on the island who survive thanks to the generous local people and occasional visitor that feed them. Watch out for the big ones though, they can weigh up to 300 pounds and will do anything to get a taste of your food!
